LSGT Service, LLC d/b/a Cash2Bitcoin (“Cash2Bitcoin”, “we”, “us”) provides this Refund Policy to users of Cash2Bitcoin kiosks (“Customer”, “you”). By using its Service, you are agreeing to the following Refund Policy whether or not you are a registered Cash2Bitcoin.com or Cash2Bitcoin kiosk user/customer. This Policy applies unless a state-specific rule below provides additional rights. Where state rules differ, the state rule controls for transactions in that state.
Once a transaction is completed, it cannot be cancelled.
Refunds are not guaranteed. To request a refund, contact support@cash2bitcoin.com immediately with your name, phone number, kiosk location, transaction details, and reason. We may require a law-enforcement or government agency report documenting fraud or similar misconduct. If a refund is approved, we will issue it within 30 days of approval by check or wire. An administrative return fee of 10% (USD) applies except where prohibited by law or by state specific rules below.
Cash2Bitcoin reserves the right to suspend or cancel your account at any time as permitted by our Terms of Service.
Your use of our services is subject to our Privacy Policy and Terms of service located on our website at www.cash2bitcoin.com. By using our services, you agree to those terms.
You are responsible for any taxes arising from your transaction.
Please note, if you have any questions regarding your transaction, please contact Cash2Bitcoin by emailing support@cash2bitcoin.com immediately with: (1) your full name and contact information; (2) kiosk ID/location and date/time; (3) transaction ID/amount; (4) brief description; and (5) a copy of your police or government report, if applicable to your state.

Full refund (including fees) for new customers (less than 10 days active) fraudulently induced, if within 30 days the (1) contacts Cash2Bitoin; (2) contacts law enforcement or the attorney general’s office; (3) provides Cash2Bitcoin with a report from law enforcement or the attorney general’s office confirming fraudulent inducement.
For new customers, full refund for any fraudulent transaction(s) that occur within 72 hours of account opening and if, within 30 days after the last transaction(s) in that 72 hour period, the new customer both (1) contacts Cash2Bitcoin and a government or law enforcement agency; and (2) files a report.
Refund within 10 days of a written request unless funds have already been transmitted per instructions, transmission is scheduled beyond 10 days per agreement, identification information is insufficient, suspected illegality exists, the payment is for goods/services under a written merchant agreement, or the transaction is subject to federal remittance.
New customers will receive a full refund for up to three fraudulent transactions during the new customer period2 if (1) fraudulently induced; (2) contact us within 30 days of the last transaction; and (3) submit a police/government report within 60 days.
Existing customer will receive a fee refund for fraudulent transactions if (1) fraudulently induced; (2) contact us within 30 days; and (3) submit a police report or government report within 60 days.
Full refund, including fees, for transactions within 90 days if the customer shows they were a victim of fraud or unfair/deceptive/abusive practices and filed a government report within 1 year.
Full refund, including fees for new customers who report fraudulent digital-asset transactions to both law enforcement and Cash2Bitcoin within 14 days. Existing customers may receive full refunds, including fees, if fraudulently induced and the customer reports to Cash2Bitcoin and the Attorney General within 14 days.
Consumers fraudulently induced may request a refund of fees if they contact Cash2Bitcoin and a government or law enforcement office within 90 days to report the transaction.
Full refund if (1) the customer was fraudulently induced and (2) the customer informs Cash2Bitcoin and law enforcement of the fraud within 30 days of the transaction.
